Our client is on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive individual to join their team as a HR Administrative Support Professional.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and a vital part of a dynamic environment where you’ll help manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Mon – Fri, 8am – 4pm (37 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional administrative support with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence.
– Assist in the efficient management of absence data and work collaboratively with People Services Partners (PSPs).
– Take the initiative to manage emails and prepare correspondence on behalf of the PSPs, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
