About the company:
Our client is a leading and growing contractor based in Shrivenham, near Swindon. With further plans for expansion, they are now looking for a new person to join their team. The successful candidate shall have the responsibility of Office & General Administration and supporting the Project Managers, Office Manager and Senior Administrator while also completing some ad-hoc tasks. As ad-hoc support is required, which may not be just administration related, a can do, and flexible attitude is a must.
Key Duties:
- Supporting Project Managers
- Supporting Office Manager and Senior Administrator
- Purchase orders
- Engineer’s job cards
- Looking after company plant & vehicles
- Office supplies & equipment
- Stock control and supplier deliveries
- Take incoming calls & creating leads
- Deal with general emails
- PQQs
- Any Ad-Hoc tasks
Core Skills:
- Ownership of all key duties assigned
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work to Company Policies and Procedures
- Process Driven
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Keen to learn new systems and develop new skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
