Purchase Leger Clerk Temp-Perm

Job description

My client is in a rural location in North Swindon is looking to source a temporary Purchase Ledger clerk for an aprox 3 month period with the potential for it transfer into permanent employment. We are looking for someone to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and have a knowledge with Sage accounts
Main Duties:

  • .Code and check invoices
  • .Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • .Data entry of invoices and credits
  • .Filing
  • .General administration support
  • .Communicating with Suppliers


Candidate Requirements:

  • .Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • .Eager and enthusiastic
  • .Strong time management
  • .Excellent communication skills
  • .Previous experience in a finance role
  • .Sage experience
Salary £25,000 per annum and £12 per hour whilst temping. Free parking and relaxed office environment. Immediate start!
