Project Support Co-ordinator

Job description

We are looking for a Project Support Co-ordinator to support a busy Project Manager working for a fantastic company based in Swindon.

This role will be mainly working from home however you will be requested to attend the office as and when the need arises.

Your main focus will be to prepare board packs for weekly meetings, collating all documentation and pulling them into a PowerPoint presentation for the Project Manager to issue to the board.  You will be present at the meetings to take key actions/notes that require recording and distributing to all attendees afterwards.

The role will also involve raising purchase orders, setting up meetings, site visits to local properties and co-ordination of training.

This is a busy, varied administration post that requires someone who is a competent user of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, someone that has excellent organisational skills and is a strong communicator.

Hourly rate - £12.35

Hours – 37.5

Start - Immediately
