Job description
We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to work for a small but energetic consultancy based in Swindon. This role will be working from home however you will be expected to go into the office 1 day a week.
Duties include:
Supporting the Scheduling Manager in:
- Support the end-to-end scheduling process, with a key focus on resourcing workshops and end user training projects
- Produce contracts
- Create projects
- Ensure the team maintain industry-specific certifications
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in our systems
Supporting the Finance Manager in:
- Creating invoices
- Chasing missing receipts/invoices/bills etc. for credit card transactions, expenses & billable travel expenses
- Chasing invoices/expenses not received from sub-contractors
- Check weekly hours for team members
- Validation of expenses before ‘acceptance’
- Assessing VAT compliance/treatment of expense submissions
- Support for end of quarter/end of year activities (e.g. credit card reconciliation)
Training Support
- Ensuring training surveys are received and up-to-date
Hours: 20 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday – 12pm to 4pm
- Friday – 11.30 am to 3.30 pm
Salary: £10.00 per hour
