  • £23,000 annum
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (3.5 days reserved for xmas)

Responsibilities: – Support the sales team in various account-related processes, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction – Develop an excellent and authentic rapport with customers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and mutual success. – Answer incoming calls on the main switchboard, providing prompt and professional assistance to callers. – Assist customers across marketing, sales, and training, addressing their inquiries and offering expert advice on our products and ranges. – Redirect calls to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed, ensuring efficient communication and resolution. – Manage all stock movement through the  SAP system, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely order processing. – Collaborate with your line manager on stock demands and ordering from the laboratory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability. – Take and process stock orders promptly, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery. – Provide ad-hoc administration support across various departments, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. – Coordinate customer or internal gifts, ensuring timely delivery and a seamless experience for recipients. – Organise and index both online and offline filing systems, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval of information. – Perform routine customer support administration tasks relevant to different departments, maintaining accurate records and documentation. – Distribute welcome packs to new customers, making them feel valued and supported from the start. Experience and Skills: – Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain professionalism. – Strong customer orientation and outstanding communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. – Enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated, with a passion for providing outstanding service in a dynamic environment. – Attention to detail and highly organised, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining efficient workflows. – Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. – Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
