We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support Sales recruitment.
This is a temporary/contract position for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility to extend.
Whilst the business is based in Maidenhead this is a remote working role so you will need to access the office on a rare occasion.
Your day to day:
Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
Sourcing candidates through various channels including social media.
Partnering with managers to create job descriptions and to refine requirements.
Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Providing the highest level of candidate experience.
Leveraging the following recruiting tools: SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Social Media.
What you bring to the team:
A track record of success in corporate Sales recruitment.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of the EMEA talent market landscape.
Sound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill needs.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
Experience in the technology space preferred – either product, software, or solutions.
8.30 - 5.00pm
Salary: £30 - £40k PA Pro Rata Dependent on experience
£15.50 - £20.50/hr
This can be contract or temp. This role falls within the IR35
